PRO-SEAL LINK™ is a 100% pure vinyl acrylic latex resin for both interior and exterior surfaces. It is a multi-purpose waterproofing and sealing product that possesses excellent adhesion and tack for an undercoat, bonder, sealer and/or primer. PRO-SEAL LINK™ can be used as an anti-fracture additive in cementitious mixtures to provide flexibility.
PRO-SEAL LINK™ can also be used as an undercoat before applying stucco to cement block and concrete. This waterproofing resin seals the substrate and allows for a bonding coat so the stucco can adhere to the substrate. This product is not recommended as a finish coat. PRO-SEAL LINK™ has a much longer shelf life compared to standard cementitious repair kits.

PRO-SEAL LINK™ has many practical uses:
Wood Sealer, Masonry Sealer and Drywall Sealer before a finish coat is applied.
Vapor Barrier and Moisture Sealer on wood and masonry.
Bonding Coat that insures a lasting bond between substrate and paint or coating.
Stucco Bonder that adheres the stucco to concrete or block surfaces.
Bonder for concrete pavers.
Gloss Additive that provides extra gloss when added to latex paints.
Flow Additive that will increase the flow and leveling in latex paints for a smoother finish.
Cement and Masonry Anti-Fracture and Flex-Additive that will give most any cementitious mixtures flexibility to resist and possibly prevent hairline cracks in cement, concrete, stucco, plaster, etc.
Cementitious repairs, concrete voids (honeycomb), spatterdash coats, plaster adhesion.
Roof Slurry Mix Additive to help in adhesion to the substrate and also adds flexibility to the cementitious mixture to reduce cracking.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
For best performance prepare the surface properly. Pressure wash the surface if possible with a minimum of 1500 P.S.I., using a water and chlorine solution. The surface must be clean, and free of all surface contaminants such as wax, grease, oil, dirt, loose or flaking material, acid substance, soap deposit and especially mold, mildew and algae. Glossy painted surfaces must be de-glossed. Apply only to a totally dry surface free of all moisture.
