STUKKOPATCH™ is specifically designed to repair, waterproof, seal and fill fractures, holes, voids, cracks and imperfections. STUKKOPATCH™ is a multi-purpose Repair and Patching Compound and Sealant that was designed for virtually any substrate and dries to a tough, yet flexible sealant with minimal shrinkage. STUKKOPATCH™ is the Best Stucco Patch and it can be used on most any Interior or Exterior horizontal (non-ponding) or vertical surfaces or substrates including roofs, walls, floors, etc., including: wood, metal, galvanized, synthetic or aluminum siding, tin, copper, asbestos, asphalt, urethane, polyester, styrofoam, foam, fiberglass, clay, adobe, brick, stucco, slate, cement block, poured concrete, slab and various other substrates.
STUKKOPATCH™ is ideal for residential, commercial and industrial applications.

STUKKOPATCH™ SURFACE PREPARATION:
For proper adhesion to an existing substrate, it is recommended that the surface be pressure washed at a minimum of 1500 P.S.I., using a water and chlorine solution, removing any loose, flaking or peeling paint along with any dirt, oil, grease, residues and especially mold, mildew and algae. STUKKOPATCH™ will resist mildew growth but will not kill mildew already on the surface. Wire brush if necessary. Apply only to a sound, well prepared surface. If the surface remains chalky or is in poor condition after cleaning, a coat of ULTRA PRIME™ Stucco Primer is necessary. Rusted metal must be primed prior to application of STUKKOPATCH™. Inquire about METAL-PRIME RED-OX™ Rust Treatment Process. All other non-cement-based surfaces must be primed first with ULTRA PRIME™ prior to the application of STUKKOPATCH™.

STUKKOPATCH™ APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Do not thin, use product as is. Do not apply when temperatures are below 45 degrees Fahrenheit or when humidity is very high. Do not apply when caulk will be subjected to rain or heavy dew before it has had enough time to dry (approximately 4 to 6 hours). Drying time will vary depending on temperature, humidity and location. Apply STUKKOPATCH™ with a caulk gun, trowel or stiff brush to the prepared surface. NOTE: STUKKOPATCH™ allows minimal shrinkage, but the thicker it is applied, the more it will shrink. Evaluate after 12 hours to determine if additional STUKKOPATCH™ is required. When filling deep holes, more than 1 square inch, apply multiple coats and build the patch up to allow for minimal shrinkage. Sets to touch in approximately 2 hours and dries in approximately 5 to 24 hours depending on thickness of application. The thicker the STUKKOPATCH™ is applied the longer it will take to dry. STUKKOPATCH™ can be coated over in 12 hours but be careful not to disturb the patch since it will dry from top to bottom and may still be soft. STUKKOPATCH™ must be top coated with a compatible latex paint or coating and should not be left uncoated.

CLEAN UP:
Clean up all spills, tools and equipment immediately while it is still wet with warm soapy water.
